These terms govern use of the ESSAM.ai website and, together with any applicable commercial agreement, access to the ESSAM platform.

Use of the Website and Platform

  • ESSAM.ai provides information about ESSAM and access to an AI process engineering platform for business process capture, analysis, optimization, documentation, and deployment.
  • You may use the website and platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable agreements, and any instructions provided by your organization.
  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Customer Content and Outputs

  • You are responsible for the process descriptions, documents, files, data, prompts, comments, and other content submitted to ESSAM.
  • Generated SOPs, policies, presentations, recommendations, analyses, and other outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before operational, legal, compliance, or safety use.
  • ESSAM does not replace professional judgment, internal approval workflows, legal review, compliance review, or executive decision-making.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload content you are not authorized to use, disclose, process, or share.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe systems, disrupt service availability, reverse engineer the platform, or use ESSAM to create harmful, unlawful, or deceptive materials.
  • Do not use the website or platform in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, customer agreements, or organizational policies.

Commercial Terms

  • Paid subscriptions, enterprise access, trials, onboarding, support, billing, renewal, cancellation, and service-level commitments are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, or written agreement.
  • If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls for the relevant customer relationship.
  • We may change website content, product descriptions, pricing references, and feature availability from time to time.

Intellectual Property

  • The ESSAM website, platform, software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials are owned by ESSAM.ai, JMRY Ventures, or their licensors.
  • These terms do not grant you ownership of ESSAM technology, trademarks, models, methods, interfaces, or proprietary materials.
  • Subject to applicable agreements, customers retain responsibility for and rights in their submitted business content.

Disclaimers and Liability

  • The website is provided for general information and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated content.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESSAM is provided without warranties except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
  • ESSAM.ai and JMRY Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website or platform use, except where prohibited by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the website, platform, or business practices change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the date posted.
